Return & Exchange Policy

At The Desi Cloth, we aim to offer stylish fashion at the best prices. To maintain affordability, we follow a strict policy.

❌ No Returns

We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

🔁 1-Time Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange per order under the following conditions:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective item
- Size issue

📌 Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- With original tags & packaging intact

🚚 Exchange Charges

- Exchange shipping charges must be borne by the customer
- This includes both pickup and re-delivery (if applicable)

🎥 Mandatory Proof (Very Important)

For damaged/wrong product claims:
- An unboxing video is mandatory
- Clear images must be provided
📌 Without video proof, the request will not be accepted

🎨 Product Disclaimer

- Slight color variation due to lighting/screens is normal
- Minor design variations may occur
These are not considered defects.

🧵 Fabric Care Note

Some fabrics may release color during the first few washes.
We recommend:
- Washing separately
- Adding a pinch of salt
- Avoiding direct sunlight
Color fading after wash is not eligible for exchange.
